Returns/ Refunds
Online returns
Email info@shop-paiya.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll reply as soon as possible.
In-person returns
Available Wednesday–Saturday, 11:00 AM–5:00 PM.
Return windows
Refunds: Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund (refunds will be issued minus shipping fees).
Exchanges: Exchanges may be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items returned after 7 days are eligible for store credit only
Pre-Order
Pre-order items can be returned for store credit only
Final sale
All sale items and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping and exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If you want to exchange for a different size or style, we recommend placing the new order right away to avoid it going out of stock. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the refund for the returned item.
Paiya is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns

No stains (including makeup or spray tan)
Scent-free (no perfume or deodorant)
In the original poly bag for online orders
