part time sales associate

As the public face of Paiya, the sales associate is responsible for dealing with any and all questions about the products our company offers. A sales associate is expected to be continuously updating their knowledge of our products, services and policies.
Assisting with daily social media tasks to market products and events while adhering to brand vision.
Maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products and inventory.
Available to drive to occasional offsite events.

Greeting customers, responding to questions, and providing outstanding customer service.
Operating point-of-sale system and balancing drawers
Directing customers to merchandise within the store and cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
Superior product knowledge, especially on our branded items!
Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor
Introducing promotions and events to customers
Maintaining customer experience regarding online orders, special requests, holds, etc with timely communication and follow through.

Week day afternoons and weekend availability is a must!
High school diploma
At least 1 year of retail sales experience
Positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in our store
Energetic, self motivated, punctual, social and enjoys working one-on-one with customers.
The ability to stand/ walk for extended periods of time.
